Northwest DBT is a small group of experienced psychologists providing boutique Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services to individuals and families. They offer specialized treatment in an individualized and collaborative manner, with services available both in-person in Portland, Oregon, and through online therapy for those outside the city.
