It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one (1) or more qualified firms to provide Major (annual) and Minor (semi-annual) Preventative Maintenance Inspection, Service and Repairs (PMI&S) for (both routine and emergency) and Installation of emergency power generators located throughout the City as per the Scope of Services in Exhibit 1.
